Description

The European harmonized standards BS EN 12453:2001 and BS EN 12445 include the necessary safety requirements and test methods for automatic doors.

The measurement requirements established by European regulations specify in detail the minimum specifications that automatic door measurement equipment must meet.

The KMG-2000-G device is an advanced electric door closing force measurement equipment that meets all the requirements of European regulations. It has become the measurement standard in most parts of Europe and is a standard component of equipment for manufacturers, installers, and safety controllers of electric doors, gates, and barriers.

The advanced force gauge measures both dynamic and static forces and displays a graph of force versus time on the built-in display. It can also display peak forces in compliance with the standards EN 12445, EN 1243, EN 16005, and DIN 18650.

All measured values are immediately evaluated and stored in the system's large-capacity memory (up to 500 measurements can be stored). According to the measurement standards, the average of three independent values is calculated, and the final measurement result is derived based on established criteria.

The result curve displayed on the screen allows for immediate system diagnostics after testing.

The device is equipped with a USB port for convenient analysis of results and report generation. Using the optional KMG-VD software, saved measurement data can be easily downloaded to a PC or laptop for in-depth evaluation of electric door performance, report editing, and more.
